1. In the interest of providing the citizens of Virginia the best
locator service available, VirginiaGardening reserves the right to refuse or
cancel any submitted Client Service Agreement in the event that more than one
consumer complaint in the past two years is reported and confirmed by
VirginiaGardening. In the case where a
quarterly or annual prepayment for services has already been processed by
VirginiaGardening, a prorated refund will be made to the party in question. Monthly payments will not be refunded.
2. If you elect to pay by invoice, payment is
due upon receipt of the invoice. A one
(1) dollar service fee is charged for each USPS mailed invoice for this
service. Accounts are in default if
payment is not received within the first 5 days of the month. If payment by check is returned as unpaid,
you are immediately in default and subject to a $25 returned check fee. All accounts in default will have their
listings and any ads removed from the site immediately. This removal, however, does not relieve you
of the obligation to pay the account charges due.
3. New accounts will be prorated for the current
billing period. Upgrades to an increased
level of service will be prorated.
4. You will be
provided a 30 day notice of any rate changes, and then 14 days from the date of
the notice to provide VirginiaGardening with written notice to terminate your
VirginiaGardening service without incurring liability. Otherwise, you will be billed at the new
rates at the beginning of the next billing period.
5. All creative work developed specifically for
the Client by VirginiaGardening becomes the property of the Client upon
completion of payment.
6. Your signature on this Client Service
Agreement constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
